One of the best short term accommodations properties in the city. The building is a new/recent project and it consists of multiple buildings surrounded with very nice swimming pools and there is a well equipped gym too. It is very close to everything and is definitely recommended.

Spent two months. Can not say anything bad about the condo except sewer smells at times. Good gym and pool.

I stayed here 3 weeks before. I think here is a great place to stay. Just a few minutes walk to the second road, very convenient. Good location in Central Pattaya. The pool is excellent as the size is big enough to swim. Facilities are nice too. Management office is helpful that answered all my inquiries I asked. I stayed in pool view flat which is good to chill and relax at the balcony for the good view. I think pool view is better as there is quiet at night for a good sleep. Nightlife is nearby too which is good news for single man.

chlorine builds up during the day, when children and people bathe. children are forced to ride silently on the slides so that there are no sounds. complete nonsense. no work areas, very weak wi-fi in the public area

Brand new condominium in the central of Pattaya. Beautiful place with a big swimming pool, 4 saunas, 2 gyms. This place is very clean, a big staff crew taking excellent care of the place. Prices and rents are on the decent side as well. Highly recommended.

I lived here, I looked at several condos in the area, this was the best balance of size, location, and price in Central Pattaya I could find at the time. There are issues with plumbing in the buildings, and security. Security is very lax, I was actually propositioned by a working "girl," while swimming in the pool one evening. You need three guards in the guard shack? Why? The "secure," doors leading to the elevators from the garage are left open by cleaning staff, as are the ground floor doors. What is the point of key cards if the doors are open? People come and go like it's a train station because several units are used as Airbnbs, this also creates a noise problem. Bottom line, I would rent here only short term, and never buy.
